1. ARRIVAL PROCEDURE
Guests are required to present valid photo identification upon check-in. Acceptable forms include passports, driving licences, or national identity cards.

Check-in Times:

  • Monday to Friday: 2:00 pm to 9:00 pm.
    Self-check-in may be arranged in advance for arrivals after 9:00 pm. It is also possible to leave luggage and collect a key earlier in the day.
  • Saturday and Sunday: Luggage may be left, and keys collected before 12:00 pm.
    Evening check-in is available between 5:00 pm and 9:00 pm.
    Please note that reception is closed during the afternoon on weekends. Self-check-in is only available if requested and arranged in advance.

2. BOOKING WITH CHILDREN
Unfortunately, children under the age of 7 cannot be accommodated.
Reservations violating this policy will be cancelled automatically.
Guests must be 18 years or older to make a reservation.
Guests under 18 may only stay if accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.

3.RESERVATIONS & PAYMENTS
When making a reservation, please ensure all details are accurate.
A one-night deposit is required via credit or debit card to secure your booking. We accept Visa, Visa Debit, MasterCard, MasterCard Debit, and Maestro.Confirmation will be sent via email. If you do not receive it, please contact us promptly.

Important:

  • Multiple bookings for the same dates are the guest’s responsibility. No refunds will be issued in such cases.
  • The remaining balance is due on arrival. If unpaid, the card on file will be charged.
  • Notify us of any changes to your booking details as soon as possible by email or phone.
  • For long or group bookings, we recommend calling us directly so we can allocate rooms accordingly.

4. LONG STAYS
Temple Lodge Club is not a residential facility.

The maximum length of stay is three weeks. Please contact us for further details.

From 1 January, 2027, we are introducing the following conditions:
  • Maximum Annual Stay: A cumulative limit of 90 nights in any single calendar year (1 January – 31 December) across all bookings.
  • Maximum Single Stay: No individual booking may exceed 21 consecutive nights.
  • Mandatory Break Periods: Guests must observe a mandatory period away from the guest house between bookings, structured as follows:
    • 1–7 nights stay: 2 full nights away
    • 8–14 nights stay: 5 full nights away
    • 15–21 nights stay: 14 full nights away

(Please note that during mandatory break periods, guests must fully check out and remove all personal belongings from the premises.)

5.BREAKFAST
Breakfast is included in all room rates.

Service Times:

  • Weekdays: 7:30 am – 9:30 am
  • Weekends: 8:00 am – 9:30 am

Our breakfast is strictly vegetarian, with vegan options available. Please inform us in advance of any dietary requirements so we can accommodate your needs.

6. LUGGAGE
Guests are welcome to use the luggage room at no charge:

  • From 7:00 am on arrival day
  • Until 8:00 pm on departure day

7. SMOKING
Temple Lodge operates a strict non-smoking policy throughout all indoor areas. This includes the use of vapes and e-cigarettes.

Smoking is permitted only in designated outdoor areas, including the garden.

Directions to Temple Lodge:
From the Hammersmith & City / Circle Line station, look ahead to the Hammersmith Flyover and Apollo Theatre. From Hammersmith’s main Underground Station, follow signs to the Apollo and cross the road when you emerge from the shopping area. Queen Caroline Street is on the left, after you have passed the theatre. Turn down Queen Caroline Street, passing St. Vincent’s Care Home on your left. Temple Lodge is next on the left. Enter the courtyard via the black cast iron gate and ring the bell at the blue front door. For your navigation app, enter “Temple Lodge Club”.

Parking:
There is no private parking available at Temple Lodge. On-street parking is very limited. Local parking information will be provided once your reservations confirmed.

Accessibility:
Due to the historic nature of the building, Temple Lodge Club is not wheelchair accessible. All bedrooms are located on either the first or second floor and are accessible by stairs only. Garden rooms also require stair access to both front and garden doors.
